Promoter The promoter of this campaign is County Mall Shopping Centre (“the Promoter”).
Campaign Period
The promotion runs from Monday 27 April 2026 to Friday 01 May 2026.
Pre-registration closes at 3:00pm on Thursday 30 April 2026.
Registration may also be available on the day, subject to availability.
Eligibility
The promotion is open to UK residents aged 16 and over.
Employees of the Promoter, Muffin Break, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.
How to Participate
Participants may pre-register via the official sign-up landing page promoted via Mailchimp email, the County Mall website, and County Mall social media channels. Once registered, the participant will be emailed a registration email which must be shown to the promotional staff member on Friday 01 May between 11am - 2pm on the day to receive your free branded cup.
Subject to availability, participants may also register on the day at the event location.
No purchase is necessary to participate.
Offer Details
A total of 200 free hot drinks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each free drink must have a maximum retail value of £5.
Drinks will be served in County Mall branded cups only.
Redemption Details
Free drinks can be redeemed only at Muffin Break, County Mall.
Redemption is available on Friday 01 May 2026 between 11:00am and 2:00pm only.
Claims made outside of this date and time will not be accepted.
Restrictions
One free drink per person.
The participant must be present in person to collect the free drink. Drinks cannot be claimed or collected on behalf of another person.
The offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or other alternatives are available.
No substitutions are permitted.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
Availability
Once all 200 drinks have been claimed, the promotion will end, even if this occurs before the stated end time.
The Promoter and participating retailer accept no responsibility for disappointment if the allocation is fully redeemed before 2:00pm.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
