Eligibility: This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of County Mall Crawley, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

How to Enter: To enter, participants must submit their details via the linked submission form before 23:59 on 22 September 2026. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Competition Period: The competition runs from 4 September 2026 to 22 September 2026. Entries received after 23:59 on 22 September 2026 will not be counted.

Prize: The winner will receive a £100 B&M voucher. The voucher must be collected onsite at County Mall Crawley. No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted via the email address provided when entering the competition.

Claiming the Prize: The winner will be contacted via the email address provided when entering the competition. The prize must be collected within 2 weeks of the winner being notified. County Mall Crawley will never ask you to click a link or provide personal information via a third-party website to claim your prize.

Unclaimed Prizes: If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected. If the winner is unable to collect from the shopping centre, then another winner will be drawn.

Non-Transferable: The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Disqualification: County Mall Crawley reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Breaches these Terms & Conditions
• Submits false or misleading information
• Engages in any form of fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour
• Publicity

By entering the competition, participants agree that County Mall Crawley may use the winner's name and, where applicable, photograph for promotional purposes relating to the competition, including on County Mall Crawley's social media channels and in local press coverage.

The winner may be photographed when collecting their prize.

Modifications & Termination: County Mall Crawley reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the competition at any time where circumstances outside of its reasonable control make this necessary.

Liability: County Mall Crawley will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance or use of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
