This summer, County Mall is bringing the ocean to life with The Ocean Trail Experience, a free, family-friendly adventure featuring 8 giant suspended sea creatures waiting to be discovered around the shopping centre.
From a mighty whale and graceful stingray to playful dolphins and a giant sea turtle, families can explore the trail, uncover fascinating facts about marine life, and learn how we can all help protect our oceans.

Pick up your free Ocean Trail Experience leaflet from the Splash Point outside Boots on the lower mall, then set off on your underwater adventure.
Follow the trail around County Mall and find each giant sea creature. Read their amazing facts, and complete the Ocean Explorer quiz along the way.

Competition: Win a Family Annual Pass to SEA LIFE Brighton
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is County Mall Shopping Centre (“the Promoter”).
2. Competition Period The competition opens on Thursday 24 July and closes at 11:59pm on Monday 1 September. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Children may take part in The Ocean Trail Experience, but entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. Employees of County Mall, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter The Ocean Trail Experience Competition, participants must:
Collect an Ocean Trail Experience leaflet from Splash Point at County Mall. Complete the trail by finding the eight giant sea creatures located around the shopping centre. Answer the Ocean Trail Questions included within the leaflet. Complete the competition entry details. Place the completed leaflet into the official Ocean Trail Experience Competition Box located in the Food Court at County Mall. No purchase is necessary to enter. Only completed entries submitted via the official competition entry box will be accepted. Illegible, incomplete, or duplicate entries may be excluded from the draw.
5. Prize
One winner will receive:
A Family Annual Pass to SEA LIFE Brighton for 2 adults and 2 children, valid for 12 months.
The prize will be purchased and provided by County Mall Shopping Centre. The prize is subject to any terms and conditions applicable to the annual pass. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.
Important: This competition is organised and promoted solely by County Mall Shopping Centre. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with SEA LIFE Brighton, Merlin Entertainments, or any associated company. SEA LIFE Brighton and Merlin Entertainments have no responsibility or involvement in the administration of this competition.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible completed entries received. The draw will take place within 14 days of the competition closing date. The winner will be contacted using the details provided on their entry form.
7. Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, County Mall reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility before receiving the prize.
8. Data Protection
Personal information provided through competition entries will be used only for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner, unless the entrant has opted in to receive marketing communications. Personal data will be handled in accordance with County Mall’s Privacy Policy. Entry information will not be shared with SEA LIFE Brighton or Merlin Entertainments for competition purposes.
9. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and remove any entries considered invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
