Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of County Mall Crawley, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the email sign-up form available via:

QR codes displayed within the shopping centre

Links shared on County Mall Crawley’s official social media posts

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

Competition Period: The competition runs from 10th November 2025 to 18th December 2025. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

Prize: The winner will receive the bundle of gift tree prizes as listed above. Prizes are as specified or as seen in display cabinets. No alternatives, returns, or exchanges will be offered.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced via County Mall Crawley’s official social media channels.

Claiming the Prize: The winner will be contacted directly via the email address provided on their entry form. The prize must be collected from County Mall Crawley shopping centre by Monday 22nd December 2025. If the winner is unable to collect by this date, collection will be arranged for after Christmas. The winner must be available for a promotional photo in front of the gift tree and for a local press release. County Mall Crawley will never ask you to click a link or provide personal information via a third-party website to claim your prize.

Unclaimed Prizes: If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.

Non-transferable: The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

Disqualification: County Mall Crawley reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
