With over 1,700 spaces including parent and child parking, County Mall is the easiest place to stop before you shop. To pay for parking, please use one of our pay machines, located in our level 1 car park lobbies, on level 1 & 2 by our lift car park lobbies for at the exit barrier. Alternatively, you can pay for parking by scanning the QR code on our car park signage.

Disabled parking bays: There are designated bays in both our North and South car parks with lift access to the Centre. There are 10 spaces on level 1 in our North Car Park & 14 spaces on level 1 in our South Car Park.
Parent parking bays: There are designated bays in both the North and South car parks on level 1 with lift access to the Centre.
EV Charging bays: There are 8 designated bays for electric vehicle charging, located close to the entrance of the South car park.
The maximum vehicle height for car park access is 2m. Motorcycle parking is available in the North car park free of charge.
Please note once our car parks are closed, access to vehicles can not be granted until the following day when our car parks reopen

Up to 4 hours - 3.70
Up to 8 hours - 5.50
Up to 12 hours - 8.00
Up to 24 hours - 12.00

Inter car cleaning
ICC offers the Complete Car Cleaning solution. Whether it’s a simple car wash or a complete valet, ICC customers are assured of the highest level of service. We are also acutely aware of our Corporate Responsibility to the environment and as such we only use environmentally friendly car detergents and washing materials.
We offer a full range of professional valeting services, from an Express wash up to a Full Valet with Carnauba Wax treatment. and your car will be well looked after by our professionally trained staff at all times.
Car Park Locations
Here at County Mall we have two car parks named North & South.
Our North Car Park is accessible from Southgate Avenue, and our South Car Park is accessible from Station Way.
ANPR
Our car parks use ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) to read your car registration number, making entry into our car park easy. Your reg is how our pay machines will register your car parking session when you go to pay at the end of your visit.
Our Car Park Tariffs Are:

Up to 8 hours - 5.50
Up to 12 hours - 8.00
Up to 24 hours - 12.00
*While we no longer issue fines, we can confirm that the barrier will not raise if valid payment has not been made.
Pay Machines
Pay Machines for the car parks are located on level 1 car park lobbies, levels 1 & 2 by our lift lobbies and at the exit barrier. Payment can also be made via the QR code on the signs in car park.
Please note: We are only able to accept Credit and Debit card payments at this time. No cash payments.
ParkMark safer parking
County Mall parking is ‘ParkMark Safer Parking’ accredited. The initiative provides Police accredited Parking which includes quality management, good lighting, effective surveillance and a clean environment.
